I highly recommend Allegiance Home Inspections for all of your home inspection needs. Ciro is friendly, informative, professional, and detail oriented. I called Ciro (Allegiance Home Inspections) and he scheduled a home inspection day/time that was convenient for me and fairly priced. He was punctual and explained his procedure for the inspection up front. Ciro was not rushed, explained things to me as he went along, and answered any questions I had. He did a very thorough job and even found a very small leak that I would have never found on my own until it became a big leak/problem. Ciro let me know anything of concern that he saw during the inspection and documented it all in his detailed report (complete with photos) which I received within 48 hours. Ciro also conducted a water test, which was sent to a private lab, and I received that back within a couple days. The whole process was super easy on my end from start to finish. Ciro even removed a small branch from my roof (that I had been unable to reach) before he left. Ciro was amazing. I was in a pinch and needed my wind mit and 4 point done quickly because I found out about it a week before closing. He came out on a Saturday (2 days after I called him) and got me squared away. Ciro was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This was my 3rd home purchase and he was by far the best I’ve used to date. Very fairly priced and I wouldn’t have paid more just because he hustled on the inspection for me. Thank goodness for good guys like him!

Ciro was punctual, professional and affordable. The inspection took over three hours as he assessed every aspect of my home and provided me information as he went along as well as informing me that it would be referenced again in the official report- which I received within two business days! I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future or recommend him to friends or family.

Mr. Perrone, CPI, was very to the point concerning the explanations of what needed to be checked for the 4-Point inspection. He very carefully inspected and took photos as he went along to document his findings for the report. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and good manners.
