About Us

Ciro Perrone is a Master Home Inspector serving Newberry, Florida, and surrounding communities for over eight years. He also owns a property preservation company, specializing in the repair and restoration of bank-owned properties across the state. Previously, Ciro served 12 years in law enforcement on the Marine Unit, Agricultural Unit, and as a Road Deputy, and holds a degree in Electrical Power from Bismarck State University.

Ciro has partnered with other local home inspectors expanding his business across the north Florida areas. With extensive hands-on experience in home systems and construction, plus strong relationships with local contractors, Ciro is uniquely qualified to identify issues and provide reliable, thorough inspections.

A devoted family man, Ciro is married to Christie, who helps run the office, and together they have three sons. They enjoy family activities, sporting events, fishing, and hunting. Ciro brings the same care, attention, and integrity to every home inspection as he does to his family.
