About Us

Ciro Perrone, has served 12 years in Law Enforcement. He also has a degree in Electrical Power through Bismark State University. More recently, over the last 8 years while living in Gainesville FL he opened a property preservation company and has been repairing and or restoring bank owned properties all over Florida. He has built a rapport with many local contractors in the area allowing him to further identify problems in the home and how to go about repairing them. This hands on experience qualifies him in knowing what it takes to thoroughly inspect a home.
